Oci.Med originated in 2013 within the Provenza sector of Medellin as a result of and entrepreneurship proyect led by Laura Londoño and her spouse. It is a modern restaurant with a dynamic menu that is renewed every six months to take advantage of the prime production cycles of local products.It is a must visit destination within the city, you will enjoy their slowed cook preparations that arrive at your table filled with intense and balanced flavors.

4. El Cielo:
El Cielo is the flagship restaurant that opened Medellin to the world of High end cuisine. It is a proyect structured by Juan Manuel Barrientos, whom besides being the head chef has an interesting story that highlights amongst others: the creation of more than 12 resturants around the world, receiving an invitation by Barack Obama to the World Entrepreneurship Summit, being recognized as the youngest chef in the “50 best of LatinAmerica,” the opening of his foundation which strives to reconciliate the parties involved in the countries armed conflict and other recognizations and prizes achieved.
